What can you expect YOUTH weekend

The Tournament

On Friday and Saturday there is an extensive entertainment program and you can use the amusement park. On Sunday we will play the tournament on the beautiful and large sports park of RKSV Blauw Zwart, which is located next to Duinrell and Fc Rijnvogels 5 minutes by car.

The teams will compete per category for the big Wintercup Holland Youth trophy. But for each team there will be a nice souvenir of the tournament at the festive award ceremony and closing of the tournament on Sunday afternoon.

Stay

The participating teams will stay the entire weekend in one of the many cottages (dune bungalows) at the Duinrell holiday park. These are 4- or 6-person cottages where the players, trainers and parents are divided. The teams can check in to the cottages from Friday afternoon. From that moment on, everyone has access to the amusement park, Tiki Pool and all other facilities at the holiday park for the entire weekend.

Care

In addition to the fully catered tournament and free access to all facilities at the holiday park (if desired), breakfast and dinner meals are also fully catered for the participants. This means that we will provide breakfast on Saturday morning and Sunday morning and dinner on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday evening for all participants. This is included in the price. Lunch and drinks are at your own expense.

Evening program

The holiday park has a large pub with a game hall and bowling centre next to it. This is one of the ideal places to experience a very pleasant evening during the tournament weekend. The trainers and parents can have a drink here and the players will not be bored for a moment with the many facilities that are available here.

Costs weekend December 2025

The costs for participation in the tournament and the fully catered stay at the holiday park from Friday 12 to Monday 15 December 2025 is only € 114.95 (without breakfast dinner) Extra breakfast and dinner can be booked 17.50 euros per person per day provided by La Place. (total for the entire weekend 52.50 euros) This applies to everyone who stays overnight, so players, staff and other guests.

This is fully inclusive of the following:

• Participation in the 1 day tournament
• Three nights stay in one of the cottages on the holiday park
• Dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Breakfast on Saturday, Sunday and Monday only for the foreign teams.
• Access to the amusement park, Tiki Pool and all other facilities at the holiday park, which is also open in the evening.
• Cup and souvenir for all teams at the festive closing awards ceremony
• On Friday and Saturday evenings there is a fun entertainment program for young and old.
• The tournament ends for the Dutch teams on Sunday evening. Teams have a free choice to stay until Monday as we have to take a long weekend at Duinrell.

Costs weekend January 2026

The costs for participation in the tournament and the fully catered stay at the holiday park from Friday 17 to Monday 20 January 2025 is only € 99.95 (without breakfast dinner)

Extra bookable breakfast and dinner 17.50 euros per person per day provided by La Place. (total for the entire weekend 52.50 euros) This applies to everyone who stays overnight, so players, staff and other guests.

This is fully inclusive of the following:

• Participation in the 1 day tournament

• Breakfast on Saturday, Sunday and Monday only for the foreign teams.

In addition, you pay a one-time registration fee of €125 per team. These are not offset against the stay. These costs must be paid within 2 weeks after registration.
