The senior weekend is open to ages 18 and up. If there are minors in a soccer team no problem. Then the one who registers should report this to the organization so that these get a different color band in connection with alcohol use..
Participation in the tournament is entirely at your own risk.
House rules/regulations Holiday park Duinrell and P and M soccer events Holland
Our goal is to provide you with a fantastic stay at Duinrell. In order to make this visit as pleasant as possible, we have drawn up a number of rules and guidelines. By registering for the soccer weekend and entering the Duinrell premises, you agree to these rules and regulations.
Fire or accident:
In case of fire/accident, immediately alert the Fire Brigade/Ambulance (tel. no. 112) and then the Duinrell management (070) 5155 333.
Access Legitimation:
As a guest, you are required to be able to provide identification upon request. If guests are unable to show proof of identity, Duinrell reserves the right to decide not to accommodate them. This can be done with wristbands, which are provided by P&M Soccer Events Car pass: A car pass allows you to enter the park with your vehicle during your stay. Your car pass, provided with license plate number, should be placed visibly behind the windshield when you are at Duinrell.
Entitled Person:
Duinrell is entitled to refuse persons, animals, vehicles and camping equipment access to/stay at Duinrell. Instructions and decisions of the personnel must be followed immediately.
General Recreation Conditions:
During a stay at Duinrell, the recreation conditions (based on the Recron conditions for tourist pitches and vacation homes) are also applicable, which are available for perusal at the Duinrell reception and will be provided upon request.
Damage:
Damage to buildings, vegetation and other property of Duinrell, as well as damage resulting from soil contamination, containers or pollution of any kind will be charged.
Liability:
Duinrell is not liable for damage, theft, loss, fire, injury or accident of any kind. Lockers are available for rent for valuables at the Duinrell reception. Sanitary facilities: Please keep the sanitary facilities clean. Please use the waste garbage cans and hygiene boxes for this purpose. Chemical toilets can be emptied in the designated disposal areas. Water from the tap is drinking water. Drains are for dishwater only. Garbage: Please dispose of garbage in plastic bags in the containers (garbage bags available at the Duinrell reception) and glass only in the special glass containers.
Supervision and behavior Smoking policy:
Smoking is prohibited in the Duingalows, Duinhosten and public areas at Duinrell.
Alcohol and soft and hard drugs:
The use of soft and hard drugs and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited (as is public drunkenness/drinking). Upon detection of this, Duinrell may remove the guest from the premises.
Prohibition:
It is forbidden: to dig holes and trenches, to discharge sewage into the ground, to sail your own boats in the waters, to set off fireworks, to damage trees, plants or bushes and to smoke in the forests.
Aggression:
Any form of aggressive behavior against guests and/or Duinrell personnel will not be tolerated. Upon detection thereof, Duinrell will call in the police and is authorized to deny those involved access to and stay at Duinrell.
Noise standard:
Nuisance to fellow residents through noise, ball games, etc. is not permitted. Audio equipment must not be audible outside your own accommodation. In the event of nuisance due to noise or noisy behavior, Duinrell may immediately deny those concerned access to and/or stay on the premises. Night rest: During night rest from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., the barrier is closed and motorized vehicles are not permitted. Leaving Duinrell before 7 a.m. is therefore not possible by motorized transport. Violating this will have consequences. If you arrive at Duinrell after 11 p.m., you can park your car between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. in parking lot P1.
Maximum speed:
The speed limit is 5 km per hour. Horn honking and unnecessary driving of cars and motorcycles is not allowed. Scooters with a yellow license plate are not allowed to drive at Duinrell. However, a blue license plate is allowed. Driving all vehicles, including bicycles, and riding go-karts in the amusement park and in the forest and dune area is not permitted.
Road traffic law is applicable. If you are not satisfied with your stay at Duinrell, please let us know on the spot. This way we will be able to take care of your complaint.
Upon discovery of violation of the aforementioned house rules, Duinrell is authorized to immediately deny the parties concerned access to/stay at Duinrell. A no refund policy applies at Duinrell.
Cancellation of participation/stay:
- We recommend travel and cancellation insurance.
- Please note that if a player/non-player cancels their participation, we advise them to contact their travel insurance if possible for a full refund.
Cancellation of registration is possible up to 2 weeks after registration via the registration form. Paid registration fees can therefore not be refunded after 2 weeks!
Due to procurement and expenses incurred, refunds of the total participation fee are not possible after payment of the stay.

All team leaders must ensure that their team is adequately insured for the duration of their trip. Team leaders are requested to make their teams aware of any dangers that may be associated with the sport they are playing. Team leaders have an obligation to ensure the welfare and orderly conduct of their players and companions at all times.
Contingencies:
The organization cannot be held liable for damages or injuries incurred during the tournament. Participants participate at their own risk. We also recommend that each participant obtain proper medical, cancellation and/or travel insurance before participating in the tournament. In case of extreme weather, the artificial turf fields may be deemed unsuitable for soccer competitions. The organization cannot be held liable for this in any way and it falls under force majeure.
P&M soccer events holland cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as war, civil unrest, terrorist action, riots, union actions, natural disasters, worldwide virus/disease outbreaks, weather conditions or fire, or in case the event is cancelled by the (local) government. Refunds are then unfortunately no longer possible.
AVG
Very many organizations use and exchange personal data. This includes P&M Soccer Events Holland which organizes the Winter Cup Holland. The most important rules for handling personal data in the Netherlands are laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
Because the new law (AVG) asks organizations to describe in a transparent, understandable and clear language how it deals with personal data, P&M Soccer Events Holland wants to do it this way. P&M Soccer Events Holland hereby declares to do this in good conscience and all data collected, managed or processed will only be used for assignments directly for customers.
Other than photo and film material, P&M Soccer Events will never provide this data to third parties, except on behalf of the customer or in the case of a business dispute requiring collection or court etc.
Because P&M Soccer Events Holland wants to use customers' personal data (in the form of photos and videos) on the website and social media channels, to promote the Winter Cup Holland, and as a retrospective of customers, we ask for a consent form from all our customers.
