General terms and conditions

Winter Cup

Holland Duinrell

We want to make it a fun football weekend. Therefore, the following rules apply during the weekend:

The senior weekend is accessible from 18 years. Should there be minors in a football team, no problem. Then the person who registers must report this to the organization so that they can get a different color wristband due to alcohol consumption.

Participation in the tournament is entirely at your own risk.

Many organisations use and exchange personal data. This also applies to P&M Soccer Events Holland, which organises the Winter Cup Holland. The most important rules for handling personal data in the Netherlands are laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Because the new law (GDPR) requires organizations to describe in a transparent, understandable and clear language how they handle personal data, P&M Soccer Events Holland also wants to do this in this way. P&M Soccer Events Holland hereby declares that it does this in good faith and all data that it collects, manages or processes will only be used for assignments directly for customers.

P&M Soccer Events will never provide this data to third parties, except for photo and film material, unless on behalf of the client or in the event of a business dispute in which a debt collection agency or court, etc. must be involved. For the image material, we have a processing agreement with CataPromotions, located in Monnickendam. CataPromotions only provides the image material to P&M Soccer Events Holland and not to third parties.

Because P&M Soccer Events Holland wants to use personal data of customers (in the form of photos and videos) on the website and social media channels, to promote the Winter Cup Holland, and as a customer review, we ask for a declaration of consent from all our customers.
